RAISIN BARS 
2 1/2 c. raisins
1 c. water
1 c. applesauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. oats
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. coconut
3/4 c. butter

In saucepan, put raisins and water; boil 15 minutes. Drain. Add applesauce, lemon juice and cinnamon. Set aside. Mix together oats, sugar, flour, and coconut. Cut in butter. Press 2 1/2 cups of dry mix in 9 x 13 inch pan.

Add raisin mixture. Put remaining dry mixed ingredients on top of raisins. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Cut in squares.
