LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
1-1/2 c. water
2 c. (15 oz.) cottage cheese
3 c. (12 oz.) mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1/4 c. chopped parsley or parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. uncooked lasagna noodles

Brown hamburger. In bowl, mix cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese with pepper and eggs. Sprinkle parsley flakes in it and set aside. Pour Ragu sauce in a pan, add hamburger and water (about 1/2 cup) and simmer for 10 minutes. In large baking dish, make layers of sauce, lasagna, cheese, sauce, noodles, cheese, etc. Make sure the sauce is the top layer. Cover pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes. Remove cover and bake 10 to 15 minutes more. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
