LASAGNA 
1 lb. hamburger or ground turkey
1 (28 oz.) jar Ragu sauce
1 sm. box lasagna noodles
1 (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. Mozzarella cheese

Brown meat in fry pan. Add jar of Ragu. Let simmer.

Boil water in large pot. Cook lasagna noodles about 10 minutes, then drain. Set aside.

In medium size mixing bowl, combine 1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley and salt. Use 9x13 inch pan. Layer noodles, cheese mixture, meat and sauce, Mozzarella. Repeat layers. Bake 45 minutes, 350 degrees.
