SPINACH LASAGNA 
White sauce
1 lb. pkg. lasagna
1 lb. cheese, 3 variety, Swiss, Monterey Jack, Mozzarella
3/4 c. turkey or chicken drippings for gravy

WHITE SAUCE:

4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1/4 c. gravy drippings
1/4 c. cheese
Dash of hot sauce

When the sauce is thick add frozen spinach. Stir until spinach is melted.

Cook lasagna. Put 1/4 cup drippings on bottom of pan. Place lasagna, spread white sauce with spinach, sprinkle with cheese. Continue the layers until the lasagna is finished. Sprinkle 1/4 drippings and Parmesan cheese. Bake 350 degrees 30 minutes or until bubbly.
