THOMAS JEFFERSON WINE JELLY 
3 env. unflavored gelatin
1 c. cold water
2 c. fruit juice (grape, cranberry, raspberry)
Juice of 3 lemons, strained
3/4 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 pt. wine

Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Add to fruit juice, which has been brought to a boil. Add sugar and salt, stir and let cool. Add lemon juice and wine. Stir and pour into mold. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
