PORT WINE JELLY | |
3 c. sugar 2 c. port wine 1/2 bottle (6 oz. size) liquid pectin Prepare jelly glasses. In top of double boiler, stir together sugar and wine. Stirring constantly heat over rapidly boiling water 3 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat; immediately stir in pectin. Fill glasses, seal and store. |
