2 c. wine (Sherry or Ruby Port wine)
2 c. sugar
1/2 bottle liquid pectin

Mix wine and sugar in double boiler over rapidly boiling water and stir until sugar is dissolved, about 3 minutes. Remove at once and stir in liquid pectin. Pour into jelly glasses and seal.
