CRAZY CAKE 
3 c. sifted flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. oil
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. water

Sift the dry ingredients together into an ungreased 9x13 inch cake pan. Make 3 wells in the dry ingredients. Add oil, vinegar and vanilla into each well. Pour the water over all the ingredients and blend thoroughly with a fork, but don't beat. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cake is done when the sides spring back.

MINUTE FUDGE FROSTING:

1 oz. square unsweetened chocolate
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt

Bring to full rolling boil, stirring constantly and boil for 5 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and beat until thick. Frost when cake and frosting are cool.
