3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. water

Sift into an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cocoa. Add oil, vinegar and vanilla. Pour water over entire ingredients. Mix with a fork until smooth. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool. Ice in pan with favorite frosting.
