1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift dry ingredients together, then stir in liquids and beat. Pour into 8 x 11 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Use any icing on it. This is quick and easy. Good for children to make.
