TASTY RHUBARB DESSERT 
2 c. sliced rhubarb
1 pt. sliced strawberries
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. reg. oatmeal
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. melted butter

Stir together rhubarb and strawberries and place in an 8 inch square pan or baking dish. In a small bowl mix together cornstarch, 1/2 cup brown sugar and add to the rhubarb-strawberry mix.

Stir together the remaining 1/2 cup brown sugar, oats, flour and cinnamon. Stir in the butter. Sprinkle over the rhubarb mix. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Serves 9. Ice cream or whipping cream are optional toppings.
