RHUBARB CREAM DESSERT 
2 c. cooked rhubarb, sweetened
1 pkg. strawberry jello
2 c. vanilla ice cream

Cook rhubarb until tender; dissolve jello in hot rhubarb. Fold in ice cream while mixture is still hot. Cool slightly and pour into a graham cracker crust or ice cream dishes. Refrigerate.
