3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cold water

Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt to together. Add oil, vanilla and water. Beat with mixer or by hand until blended. Fold in vinegar. Pour into 9 x 12 or two 9 inch round pans work best. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
