3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1/2-1 tsp. salt
1 or 2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. vinegar
3/4 c. cooking oil
2 c. warm water

Sift all the dry ingredients in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Do not grease. Make 3 holes in the sifted ingredients. In hole #1 put vanilla, in hole #2 put vinegar in hole #3 put oil. Pour water over all and mix well. Do not beat. Make sure all corners and sides are mixed well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
