BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
4 slices white bread
8 eggs, beat as for scrambling
1 pkg. Cheddar cheese, 3/4 to 1 lb.

Brown sausage and drain. Break bread into Pyrex baking dish, cover with sausage, cover with beaten eggs, cover with grated cheese and bake at 350 degrees until cheese is bubbling. Can be made at least 8 hours in advance.
