CHEESY BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
3 slices white bread, quartered
2 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
6 eggs
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 (1 oz.) slices Swiss cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Grated Parmesan cheese

Line a lightly greased 8x12x2 inch dish with bread. Spread cottage cheese over bread. Combine eggs and salt and pepper and beat well, stir in Cheddar cheese and pour over cottage cheese. Arrange Swiss cheese over egg mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Yields: 6-8 servings.
