BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 loaf French bread, crust trimmed cubed
1 lb. sausage, mild, cooked and drained
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
3/4 c. light cream
1 1/4 c. milk
5 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Butter

Butter bottom 13 x 9 baking dish. Place cubed bread in bottom of dish. Sprinkle sausage over bread. Sprinkle cheeses and mushrooms. Mix cream, milk and eggs and seasonings. Pour over casserole. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
