BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. link sausage, cut in bite-sized portions
8 thick slices bread (Texas toast), cubed
4 beaten eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 lb. shredded cheese

Butter 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread bread cubes on bottom. Sprinkle with sausage. Mix beaten eggs, dry mustard, 2 1/2 cups milk. Pour over bread and sausage. Top with shredded cheese. Refrigerate covered overnight.

1 can mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained

Next morning, mix soup and 1 cup of milk. Add mushrooms. Pour over bread and sausage mixture. Bake covered 1 hour and uncovered 1/2 hour at 325 degrees; 300 degrees if using glass dish. Serves 10.
