EASY MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
2 cans Armour chili with beans
1 can corn, drained
1 can diced tomatoes
1 lg. onion
Texas Pete to taste
1 pkg. cornbread mix
1/2 c. sharp grated cheese

Saute onion, stir in chili, corn, tomatoes, and Texas Pete. Place in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Mix cornbread according to package directions. Stir in grated cheese. Outline casserole with cornbread mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until cornbread is done.
