EASY CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground meat (beef, turkey, pork, etc.)
1 small onion, chopped
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1 can milk or water (use empty soup can)
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 small head cabbage, chopped
1/2 cup bread crumbs (for sprinkling)

Cook first two ingredients in large skillet over medium heat until meat is well browned and no trace of pink remains.

In a large bowl, mix soup, milk, vinegar until well blended. Season with salt and pepper. Add to cooked ground meat mixture. Add 1 small head cabbage, chopped. Continue cooking over medium high heat, stirring frequently, until mixture comes to a boil.

Place mixture in baking dish and bake in 350°F oven for 30 to 40 minutes (until cabbage is tender).

Top with 1/2 cup bread crumbs and bake for 15 more minutes.
