GROUND BEEF & CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1/2 med. size cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
1 bay leaf
Salt & pepper to taste

Shred cabbage rather coarsely. Place in baking dish (buttered). Brown meat. Add chopped onion, tomato soup, bay leaf, salt and pepper. Pour over cabbage. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring once or twice.
