HAMBURGER CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
4 c. shredded cabbage
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 can V-8 juice, fill soup can (or 1 c. water)
3 tbsp. long grain rice, or 1/2 c. Minute rice, uncooked

Brown hamburger and onion; drain. Mix all other ingredients with meat and put in greased casserole. Bake covered for 2 hours at 325 degrees.
