BREAKFAST/BRUNCH CASSEROLE | |
6 to 8 slices firm white bread (such as muffin) 1 lb. mild pork sausage, cooked and drained 4 eggs 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 c. milk 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated Trim crusts from bread and fit into bottom of 9 x 13 inch dish. Distribute sausage over bread. Place eggs, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and milk in blender; blend well. Spread cheeses over sausage and cover with milk mixture. Cover and allow to set in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. |
