BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pork sausage, crumbled
1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
2 c. mozzarella or cheddar cheese, shredded
4 eggs
3/4 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook sausage in a skillet, stirring over medium heat until brown. Drain well and set aside. Butter an 8 x 13 inch baking dish and line with the crescent roll dough, press dough firmly into the pan. Sprinkle the cooked sausage and the cheese over the dough and set the pan aside.

In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk, salt and pepper together with an electric mixer. Pour egg mixture over the rolls, sausage and cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until set. Remove dish from oven and allow to stand at room temperature for several minutes. Slice and serve.
