EGG BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
6 slices of bread
1 lb. bacon
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/4 c. milk
1 doz. eggs

Butter bottom and sides of 9 x 13 inch pan. Place bread slices on bottom of pan. Crumble cooked bacon on top of the bread. Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese over top of bacon. Mix milk and eggs together and pour over top.

Cover and let stand in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
