BRUNCH EGG CASSEROLE 
4 c. (6 slices) toasted bread, cubed
1 c. croutons
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. ham, diced

Spread croutons, bread cubes, cheese and ham in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan (mixed together).

Blend together:

6 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. pepper

Pour egg mixture over other ingredients in pan. Allow to soak (even overnight).

Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. If refrigerated overnight, bake about 1 1/2 hours or until done.

Serves 10.
