SUNDAY BRUNCH EGGS & CHEESE
CASSEROLE
 
1 doz. eggs, whipped
1/2 lb. (2 c.) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. (2 c.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Stir and pour into 13 x 9 inch pan with melted butter in bottom. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes until set. Saute fresh sliced mushrooms and green onions together to serve on top, if you wish.
