EASY BRUNCH EGG CASSEROLE | |
In the bottom of a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish, combine 2 cups seasoned croutons and 1 cup each sharp cheddar cheese and Swiss cheese. Combine: 4 slightly beaten eggs 2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard 1/8 tsp. onion powder 1/8 tsp. pepper Mix until blended and pour over the croutons and mix. Top with baconettes. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. This can be done the day before. |
