EGG BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
4 c. croutons
2 c. cheddar cheese
8 eggs, beaten
4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp. white pepper

Place croutons and cheese in greased casserole, 9 x 13 inch. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over croutons and cheese. Bake at 325 degree oven for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.

Can also add bacon, sausage or ham diced, mushrooms, broccoli flowerets, etc. This can be made the night before and refrigerated until ready to bake.
