MARYLAND CRAB CAKES 
3 c. crabmeat
1/3 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. parsley, chopped
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 egg
3 tbsp. butter

Mix all ingredients together. Form 8 portions. Heat butter in large pan over medium heat. Fry until golden brown. Serve with tartar sauce, a toss salad and fresh corn on the cob.
