MOON CAKE 
1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs
2 (3 oz.) boxes instant vanilla pudding
8 oz. cream cheese

Mix water and butter and bring to a boil. Add flour all at once until it forms a ball. Cool. Beat in eggs, one at a time, pour into ungreased 11"x15" cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes; cool. Mix pudding as directed on package, beat in cream cheese, spread on crust. Refrigerate 20 minutes. Serve with whipped cream, chocolate sauce and nuts. Serves approximately 15 people.
