PORCUPINE BALLS 
1 1/4 lbs. hamburger (beef)
3/4 c. sweet milk
1 tsp. salt & pepper, mixed
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 beaten egg
1 sm. onion, chopped

Mix hamburger, rice, milk and egg, salt and pepper and onion. Shape into small balls and brown in skillet. Pour tomato soup over meatballs, cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
