PORCUPINE MEAT BALLS | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1/2 c. Minute rice 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. onion, chopped 2 cans tomato soup 1 can water Combine meat, rice, salt, pepper and onion. Shape in small balls. Combine soup and water and add meatballs to soup. Simmer on top of stove until done or bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
