PORCUPINE MEAT BALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 c. rice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. onion, minced
1 sm. can tomato soup
1/2 c. water

(I use Minute Rice). Combine meat, rice, salt, pepper and onion. Shape into small balls. Heat tomato soup and water; then drop the meat balls in the soup, bring to a boil and cover. Turn down to simmer for half hour.
