PORCUPINE MEAT BALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. raw rice
3/4 c. milk

Mix all together. Shape into balls. Place into deep casserole (about 25 medium size). Pour sauce over. Bake 1 1/2 hours, 350-375 degrees (check).

TOMATO SAUCE:

1 can tomato soup (Campbells)
1 can water
1/8 tsp. salt

If you like, add 1 can mushroom pieces.

(Small balls for cocktail party - use less rice - add water chestnuts.)
