PORCUPINE MEAT BALLS 
1/2 c. rice
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. onions, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
3/4 c. water

Wash rice. Combine first 5 ingredients. Form balls. Mix soup and water in pressure cooker. Drop meat balls into pan. Cover. Cook until rice is done, about 10 minutes.
