PORCUPINE MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
3/4 c. Minute Rice
1/4 c. ketchup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water

Mix ground beef, onion soup mix, rice, and ketchup together and form into walnut size balls. In a skillet with a small amount of shortening, brown meat balls on all sides.

In a small bowl mix mushroom soup and water together and blend well. After draining fat from meat balls, using the same skillet, pour soup and water mix over meat balls. Cover and cook in oven for one hour at 350 degrees.
