PORCUPINE CHILI BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. milk
2/3 c. rice
1 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. tomatoes
2 1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt

Mix meat, egg, milk, rice, chili powder and 2 teaspoons salt. Form into 1 1/2 inch balls. Brown in hot fat. Let the meat make its own grease. Combine tomatoes, water, onion and 1 teaspoon salt. Heat to boiling. Drop in meatballs. Cover, cook slowly 1 1/2 hours or until rice is done.
