16 whole cloves
3 pieces stick cinnamon
1 1/2 tbsp. pickling spice
1 tsp. ground allspice

Combine ingredients. Store in jar or plastic bag. To activate, add contents to 1 quart water and simmer, uncovered. NOT for consumption!
