CHOP SUEY 
3 tbsp. soy sauce
6 med. onions
6 celery stalks
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef & 1 1/2 lbs. ground pork
3 tbsp. molasses
2 cans chop suey vegetables
2 cans sliced mushrooms
1 can whole mushrooms

Brown meat. Add onions, celery, chop suey vegetables, sugar, molasses, soy sauce, mushrooms and mix thoroughly simmer for hours. Keep adding water as it boils away. Make gravy thickening and thicken chop suey. Serve over rice or chow mein noodles. Enjoy.
