OVEN CHOP SUEY 
1 1/2 lb. lean pork, cubed
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. chopped onions
3/4 c. uncooked rice
1 c. water
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Chinese vegetables or bean sprouts, drained
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
Chop suey noodles

Brown meat; add onions and celery; saute. Add rest of ingredients except chop suey noodles and pour in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Put 1 cup chop suey noodles on top last 10 minutes and serve with rest of noodles.
