OVEN PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops, 1/2" thick
1 tbsp. cooking oil
2 (10 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 env. regular onion soup mix
1 c. long grain rice
3 c. water

Brown pork chops in oil then drain on paper towel. In large bowl combine soup, onion soup mix and rice. Stir in water, pour in 13"x9" baking dish. Place pork chops on top. Cover tightly with foil. Bake in 375 degree oven for 1 hour, uncovered and bake 15 minutes more. Makes 6 servings.
