OVEN FRIED PORK CHOPS 
1/4 c. butter
6 pork chops
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/4 c. water

Melt butter on a foil-lined cookie pan or a 9 x 13 inch pan in a 350 degree oven. In a separate bowl, mix eggs and water together, beat until blended. Dip pork chops in egg mixture then in bread crumbs, put on pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour, depending on thickness, turning them over once half-way through cooking.
