HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
8 c. hash browns, thawed
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese (can use Colby cheese too)
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and put in 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Cook for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Great for breakfast or supper.
