GRILLED DOUBLE STUFFED BAKED POTATO | |
Baked Potatoes (purchase at Wendy's for quick fix) chopped onion cheddar cheese butter sour cream all ingredients - your choice of how much or how many of each. Cut baked potato in half. Scoop out most of inside, leaving some with shell. Using removed pulp - add your choice of amounts on each, of all other items. It is similar to fixing mashed potatoes with all of your favorites added. After mashed pulp is completely incorporated with the butter, sour cream, chopped onion and cheddar, simply re-stuff the empty shells. Wrap in heavy duty foil. Place on grill - turn on occasion. Since potato was already done to begin with, you are simply waiting for the grill to complete to melt the cheese into the mixture. I usually keep in the foil and continue to turn for around 45 minutes while other items are cooking on grill.. Will not hurt or dry out the potato. Is wonderful. Submitted by: Phyllis Chittum |
