BRAN MUFFINS - LARGE BATCH 
2 c. Nabisco All Bran
2 c. boiling water
2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
4 eggs
4 c. Kellogg's All Bran
2 c. buttermilk
5 c. flour
4 tsp. baking soda

Mix Nabisco All Bran and boiling water; set aside. Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs, one at a time, Kellogg's All Bran and buttermilk. Stir in Bran-water mixture, flour and baking soda. Mix well. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. May store up to six weeks in tight container in refrigerator.
