STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 qt. fresh strawberries
1 1/2 c. water
Baked 9-inch pie shell
Whipped cream for garnish

Combine sugar, cornstarch and 1 1/2 cups water. Cook over low heat until thick and clear. Remove from heat. Stir in gelatin. Cool. Fold in strawberries. Pour into pie shell. Serve with whipped cream. Serves 8.
