SPINACH DIP IN ROUND BREAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. minced parsley
1/2 c. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Water chestnuts (optional)
Loaf of round bread

Thaw spinach. Place in strainer. Remove all water with the back of a spoon. Mix together all other ingredients. Fold in spinach. Refrigerate for 24 hours.

Hollow out round bread and cut into pieces for dipping. Place dip in hollow of bread. Serve with pieces of bread around for dipping.
