DARK RYE BREAD & BEER DIP | |
1 c. beer (set aside until uncarbonated) Mix the following ingredients until cheese is softened and smooth (heating will make smoother) : 3 rolls Kraft Nippy Sharp cheese 1 sm. wedge Roquefort cheese 1/2 grated onion Juice of 2 cloves garlic 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. butter Beat in beer a little at a time. Allow to cool. Order 1 pound round loaf dark rye at a bakery. Cut off top and remove inside to form a bowl of loaf. Cut into chunks to dip. Pour cheese mixture into bread bowl. |
