SPINACH BALLS | |
2 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach 2 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix 1 med. onion 5 eggs 1/2 c. melted butter 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 2 tsp. garlic salt 2 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. thyme Cook spinach slightly and drain. Break up dressing mix in large pieces. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Roll mixture in size of ping pong balls. Chill several hours or overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Makes approximately 12-16 balls. |
